We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payments via card or EFT through our payment gateway. All online transactions are encrypted and secure.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location within Zambia. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched.
Yes. We deliver to all major cities and towns across Zambia. For remote areas, please contact us to confirm availability and delivery arrangements.
All items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Chemicals and fragile glassware are given additional protective packaging in compliance with safety standards.
Section 03
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any goods so we can arrange a smooth process.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Due to safety and regulatory requirements, opened chemical products cannot be returned. Unopened, factory-sealed chemicals may be returned within 7 days subject to inspection.
